|Shushan Khachatryan is project manager at Solarplaza since 2015. She oversees Asian markets at the Emerging Markets and Finance team. Shushan has over 7 years of experience in managing international projects in the arena of Renewable Energy/Solar PV, Water management, Higher Education and Hospitality Industries and working with international development organizations including the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, EBRD and the European Commission. She received her MBA degree in The Netherlands, studied in Greece, Cyprus and Armenia.|

|Geoffrey Tan is a Managing Director at Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), and is OPIC’s Asia-Pacific regional representative based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Mr. Tan has worked in emerging markets infrastructure financing for over 19 years. Since joining OPIC in 2003, he has worked primarily on power, renewable energy, water, toll roads and port projects, but has also diversified into future flow and financial institutions transactions. These projects have been across Latin America, the Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia. He has been involved in innovative and groundbreaking deals requiring creative project and long term debt structuring solutions in unique and challenging environments.
Prior to OPIC Mr. Tan worked for the Chase Manhattan Bank (now JPMorgan Chase) in New York, Singapore and Hong Kong focusing on project and structured finance, and for Emerging Markets Partnership in Singapore focusing on private equity infrastructure investments. His work with them in the Americas and Asia included experience in the power, oil & gas, mining, telecommunications, transportation, pulp & paper, and petrochemical sectors.
Mr. Tan is a graduate of Cornell University and the University of Virginia, and also attended the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium.

|Phil Napier-Moore leads Mott MacDonald’s technical advisory work for solar power in the Asia Pacific region, including current developments in Indonesia. Supporting PV plant investors and lenders from the sector’s infancy in 2008, he has overseen the regional solar team’s technical inputs to more than 5000 MW of PV projects in Asia, including more than 200 plants now in operation.
He has directed and managed projects for a range of multilateral agencies, national governments and a large number of private companies, working internationally on low-carbon power projects in 30 countries around the world, in particular within Asia and Europe.
A Chartered Energy Engineer, he obtained his Masters of Engineering from Oxford University.
